Maximilian Gloß, M. Sc.

Career

Since January 2020, Mr. Gloß supports the department of Industrial Information Technology as a research associate. He is currently leading the work package for the integration of Open Innovation in Company-Community-Collaboration and the development of demonstrators for the validation of Open-Source-Product-Development Labs in the EU project OPENNEXT.

In addition to his mechanical engineering studies at the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg (OvGU), he completed an apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator and gained many years of professional experience with a medium-sized cutting specialist. He completed his master's degree with a focus on integrated product development and methodical prototyping at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane. He gained experience in numerous projects with Diehl Metering, Porsche, Continental, Daimler Trucks and Bosch eBike Systems, among others.
