The second semester starts with an introduction into computer aided Construction-methods. Based on this the representation of Systems which support Construction tasks takes place. Meanwhile properties and application scenarios from experts and construction systems as well as from systems for execution of calculations will be characterized.
Subsequent computer aided process planning and systems for computer aided process planning will be introduced. Concerning this problem-oriented applications like NC-programming-systems and assembly scheduling will be described. In two further lectures integration aspects of constructions and process planning will be covered. Conclusice the selection and introduction to CAD-Systemen will be presented.
A prospect finishes each semester including a short repetition and some deeper going Highlights of the lecture. At the same time there will be tutorials offered in which a program systems will be presented to deeper the knowledge of the lecture. Students will use these systems to solve basic example problems.
Objectives
